I am 32 female and have found my thyroid level to be 15. Doctor has asked me to take thyronorm 75 everyday. But i searched on Google and it says it's for people with low thyroid. Can someone guide please?

Can maxillary sinus polyp cause lightheadedness constantly ? I am facing lightheadedness issue while moving my head and walking for almost an year now. Apart from lightheadedness I frequently have nasal drip. This is interfering a lot in my day to day activities and these days i feel so exhausted. My vitals are normal and sugar, thyroid is under control. Attached is my MRI report. Whats the best treatment to overcome lightheadedness?

I got sore throat suddenly yesterday without cough,cold and any flu.i have pain when i swallow....few months back also i got sore throat,at that time i used some medicines.

I suffer from allergic rhinitis with most common symptoms usually persist of  thin sticky mucus in nasal passages. I have consulted Doctors multiple times but have been suggested to use fluticasone furoate nasal spray but according to my observation it's been ineffective every time as it results in making mucus much more thick and sticky. During childhood nearly 10 years back I diagnosed with bilateral Tonsillitis with swollen two side Tonsilar Lymphnodes it been 10 years but still I can feel same size of left Tonsilar am I need to worry about cancer?? Im tensed now which cancer will I get?
