Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, took antibiotics, levocetrizine and paracetamol last week for fever and severe cold. Recovered from cough and flu. But at times , there's some irritation in my throat and coughing starts. It's like something is pricking me from the tongue inside. Cough starts . I can see that my tonsil is longer than others and there are some bumps on the base of my tongue. I'll attach the pictures for your reference.

The upper part of my throar hurts whenever i swallow something and pains slightly if i move my tongue left and right. It also pains when i yawn or cough or scream , the pain is very irritating and its almost like something is there and it moves when i yawn or talk loudly. I am 24 years old.
