I have been noticing the white patch in my tongue  lateral side ( right side) since two months...it is not painful...and the size of the patch is not increased...it is in small size but after eating it is increasing  little and looking bright white patch...after its becomes small...now i feel like painful but if it palpate and seen means there is no pain...
