Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Yesterday I was at a party with loud music. So everyone was speaking loudly near the ear. Now my left ear is feeling heavy, and if I press my ear it is ringing. I can hear in both the ears.

My son has been suffering with cold since last 2 months, snoring night, inhaling through nose and exhaling through mouth. last week had fever 101.7f CRP 18mg/dl, weak typhoid, pediatrician suggested maxtra, monosef o 100, OZ, xysal or montelucast. Fever reduced but not cold and snoring. He has become thin, eating less, reconsulted doctor said continue montelucast steam inhaling for cold. Please advise prolonged cold, sneezing 6-8 types a day, snoring night, eating less is to be worried? only montelucast sufficient?

Wart like mass at palate from one year size almost same ..what it could be next step suggests.. no pain nothing..

My house mates are suspecting that my son has put some small pen cap (0.5) inch. They are also not sure. I try to see from his nose and not able to find out. I laid down and saw and not found . He sneezed multiple times and not found anything. What could be chances that something is struck in his nose. He is alright and not looking like something struck in his nose. He is breathing as usual

This thing came under my tongue 2 years ago. It went away on its own but still i always feel a slight discomfort at that exact same location. What maybe the cause? Can anyone explain. What do i do?
