Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am suffering from increased TSH level which is approx 9 ... (8.75) and I have never taken medicatio... I literally took hemopathy medicine but it dint work for me ... I feel depressed , lethargic n my bones pain ... N always feel sad , n I want study in conc. But my conc. In there... I feel very inactive n sleepy everytime ...please suggest me proper medications 🙏

Whenever I sleep, saliva gets accumulated in my mouth that causes me early wake up and it spills on the pillow as well. The problem is from 6-7 years.

Sometimes I have cold with symptoms running nose throat pain but sometimes specially in winters I got cold with chest congestion wheezing and back pain .... I am worried is this symptoms of asthma or this is just because of winter season ?

My daughter 3 year 9 months old. From Oct month she's getting frequent cold cough. Due to cold she gets fever. Doctor told to take x ray, which showed adenoid 1.3cms. doctor gave medicines and nasal spray and told to continue for 2 weeks and stop. After stopping she got cold and fever again in nov, Dec and now. My question is, is the cold due to adenoid? Should we take x ray once again to check it? I'm afraid as to reduce fever, we are giving paracetamol. But giving it frequently is not safe. If her temperature reaches 99, she gets fits. So we are giving her paracetamol if it nears 98.7. she's under medication for fits. Please tell us what to do

I have white spot on my tongue...it is not paining and the size is not increased...i have been noticing from 3 mnths...but now the size is slightly increased...and after eating it looks like white clear (bright) spot...is this serious?
