Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Am having upper jaw pain on both sides with a green mucus coming from nose from 3days no fever. Getting red mucus from left nose is this because of heat in the body or any kind of infection. Please share treatment 🙏

Is it something to be very concerned of ? What's it? And will it go on it's own ?... ... please suggest

I hear some bubble or something like that in my nose and near lungs area while breathing. Mostly when I breathe out. I have severe congested nose and cough for past one week. I am taking medicines for cough. No fever. Cough and nose blocked. If I lay down and breathe, I hear that bubble sound every time. Is this beacuse of cough and nose blocking? I used to get cold and cough before and that used to resolve soon. This sound while breathing is new and worried about it. Nose is completely blocked and throat is congested too. I have to cough up the mucus all the time. Is this sound while breathing out is dangerous?

I got red spot on tongue and dry throat when ever wake up. My Mother in law got purple/blue shade patch on left side of the tongue and a white blister which is painless, attached a photo. We are scared about it. Is that serious. What causes it? I dont want her to worry by taking her to doctor immediately as she is thinking its nothing. Please suggest
