Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Had my septoplasty  and adenoidectomy 2 weeks ago , in chennai apollo , currently there are crusts in nose in one side , which is making difficult to breathe , how to remove them without touching as i am advised not to put fingers in nose , i cant visit the doctor as i have come to my hometown , jow to get rid of crusts

Hello Doctor, I have frequent headache and swelling behind my ears. I feel heatness around ear when i have swelling . I did a MRI and visited nearby ENT, he said nothing to worry and gave medication for migraine and swelling. With medicine my swelling is reducing but it keeps repeating after few days. Sometimes the swelling goes off by its own. I did blood test and my lymphocytes is 43%. Platelets ,WBC count is within limit. Is there any cause of concern? Attaching my mri report.

Hi this morning I went swimming and water has gone in my left year. I have done lot of  jumping since moning but hard luck. I have also used hair dryer nut no help. I can feel water in my ear. Kindly help.

Undergone surgery for nasal polyps (right side) 4 times , median maxillectomy done last biopsy report Inverted Papilloma. Still having issues with recurring polyps. At present have swelling over right cheek .FNAC report Atypical Squamous Papilloma. Consulted Dental surgeon, CBCT report odontogenic cyst in right maxillary sinus and sinonasal Polyposis. Suggested removal of premolar teeth with cyst . Kindly give me better advice , what should I do... I'm very much concerned about my health.

Hi, Myself Lakshmi 34yrs old frm past three days I'm getting blood in my left side nostril it was seen once. But today frm morning three to four time I got blood in my left side nostril is it normal r anything need to be worries if I sneeze i am getting blood only from my left side nostril. After tat I feel headache and neck pain on left side so plz give valuable feedback. TIA

I have been diagnosed with vestibular neuritis with inedequate compenstation. Want to know what is the meaning of inedequate compensation. Is there anything to worry about. Currently suffering alot with balance
