Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had septoplasty 24 days ago , now what if i bathe and water gets inside nose , i am not bathing properly since then cause there is always a chamce of water entering nose .

On the earlobe top you can see there's a pimple like thing and below ear there are some white spots too. Is that fungal infection or what? And apart from this i have a preauricular node palpable infront of tragus, but its size has been constant since 1 month. Its firm, rubbery and movable. No pain. I do get headache on that side though. I cannot visit a local physician right now cause I have moved to UK. :( Please guide me.

Early morning suddenly my ears both swelling and hot what to do plz say me and no pain plz suggest any drops

I have a visible small lump on my throat since last 2 years which remains constant in size and does not pain. It's tender to touch, can be moved as well. Can it be cancerous? Recently, since last 2 days, I can feel pain in my right side under jaw and I am worried now. Please advise. I have not lost any weight and there is no other issues in my daily lifestyle.

My nose is dry from past 2 weeks, and bit painful when ever i try to clean blood is seen. I am unable to clear the complete dirt as it starts paining and bleeding. What is the solution for this.

I have been sneezing(6-7 times at once) and expriencing running nose since past 1 year. I am using a nasal spray (spiroflut) which gives me temporary relief and using vapouriser but the problem is still not cured. Can you suggest some other way to cure it.

I am having sore throat from 20 days ..looks like tonsils .. I also have dust allergy due to Bangalore weather .. I am taking azithromycin once a day ..should I take it twice a day ? Or any other med ..

My problem is mild headache behind the ear for few minutes and recur after sometime , my neck also feel slightly uncomfortable when turning up and down.. .my question is what are the  causes of it and please advice for suitable treatment .
