Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Unable to hear all the time from left year but i noticed never. Now i noticed while practising song. Sir, placing earphone to the left ear and right year i can only hear from right but from left ear i can feel song track but in the form of very small amplitude vibrations that i can not understand i mean to say which song track is playing. In past doctor has given me  nerves strengthening medicine and get pathology test done for left ear.

Sir/Mam, I have neck and jaw pain. Symptoms Pain below jaw when lying and headache Pain from 3 days. Cough only after eating. No lump but it swallows Plz provide the reason and medicines 🙏🙏🙏

Dear Doctors I am suffering from throat pain ear pai, and small amount of blood from nose, throat pain is increasing at evening and in morning time it is less pain, and i have suffering from cold every day, light headache also suffering from gastrics...is it symptoms of throat cancer??? Kindly suggest me...

Today is the 28 th day of my septoplasty and yesterday night a pillow fell into my nose or face , from my hand , not from much height,  no blood came , no pain as such , will it cause any harm to septoplasty , will it affect my septum and lead to re deviation

There is ulcer like wound, at base of tongue, slightly on left side. It has slightly raised edges and soft base. About 1-2cm. Is it a matter of concern? From about a month. I noticed it after eating chat. At first it was only paining while swallowing but 2 weeks back, it got burst or something due to dryness(I think) in my mouth. But now it is paining even without swallowing.

MRI scan of brain is normal and can I have cervical vertigo without neck pain ( I had mild neck pain)

Hello, i have irritating hard bump on the left side of my tongue which is under by tongue, i feel irritation in my throat and tongue. I don't know the reason for it. I was diagnosed by pharyngtis reflux or acid and was given medications for 20 days but then it didn't have any effect. After that i went to an ent again and they asked me to quit smoking and gave me medicines again for 20 days. Im following everything but it isn't getting any better. I don't have any spots or pain in my mouth but i can feel a bump which is inside my tongue and i also have problem in speaking now. Please let me know what i should do to diagnose it better, after 15 days I'll go the the ent again and tell them that it's not getting better but by then i cannot understand what the problem is, i have searched whole entirety of the internet but can find nothing which is similar. Please guide in the right direction it's very depressing.

How long does pain last in sub acute thyroiditis? It's been 4 weeks of thyroid pain for my husband, when can we expect it to go away?

My 5yr baby boy having andeiod prblm.(grade 3 to 4)..he is not getting wheezing at nights but getting reccurent episodes of wvwr cough cold.from one month using nasal spray (duonase) after using nasal spray now its is grade 2.my question is surgery is required? And after stop nasal spray can andenoid enlargement occur or not?plz suggest me.

The size of the ulcer keeps on changing, from small to bize and big to small..Not painful though.Advice plz
