Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi I had throat infection recently along with cold cough. Now cold cough is long gone but every alternate day my throat pains and I face problem swallowing my own saliva even. My voice changes. This has been prolonged , happening on and off. Sometime due to cold or due to acidity and things sometimes I guess. Saw a very good specialist this time and did some test as well on advice for checking allergic infections. Test was immunoglobulin Ige serum. The range outcome of the report is very high and based on google responses , it appears concerning. Though doc did not advised any further consultation and medication changes (added 1 though) post seeing the results. Allegra 120 mg added Looking to get some advice here per the report and diagnostic mentioned. Please Refer enclosed report and diagnosis Thanks

Sir, I was suffering from fever on 7th Feb and get treatment of 20 days and fever goes after I got herpes and now it is ok. And i fee weak. Last 10 when I was eating i feel lemon taste in mouth every meal and having pain near patroid. Whats is this and why happens it? Plz advice me suggest some modeicine???

Friend of mine got hard slaps on face unintentionally . After some time it started bleeding and from one ear and pain on both cheek present. After 48 hours  its right side ear ble.eded little for some time. Pain is there in both cheek side. Feels tension on the layer of cheek and sometime burning sensation in the skin of the cheek. Should wait for 2 to 03 days for automatic  healing or consult doctor as no  doctor is nearby. No problem in hearing or no dizziness. Skin of cheek  is little swollen. Pain in ear which is bleeding. She got slapped in fun and because of that feeling shy in consulting doctor. No problem in doing daily routine work. Able to talk and sleep properly. Avoiding consultation to doctor due to shyness even after saying so many times to consult. She is confident that it will get self healed in few days. What to do? Should wait or rush to doctor .

Or mam iam suffering with sevear throat pain from 1 week I used Azithromycin tablet and after doxy tablets also but no use day by day it getting more pain i can't Abel to drink water also so much pain and cough also coming and body pains and fever also coming suggest good medicine and fast recovery medicine not come again this type problem and give information about this problem to take precautions i submit image of my throat it happens like that tq 🙏

8days ago I having sore thort nd cold,taking antibiotics doing well,bt last two days headache nd mild fever..wht the cause...plz suggest medicine..

Today morning I started coughing and I found small.amount of blood coming out of the mouth, but after that I didn't came, the blood came when I went to spit out. Should I worry, as I am having pollen allergy and on daily basis I am coughing.
