Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

The size of the ulcer keeps on changing, from small to bize and big to small..Not painful though.Advice plz

Hi I'm suffering from throat pain from 2 weeks Took tablets but its not helping but the pain is increasing. Iam unable to speak or drink water. Please help me out with this. I have stopped having food.

Feeling pain & discomfort in right ear since evening...very light itchy throat ...no cold no fever felt ...

Left side Nose is paining from inside and papdi bhi jamti hai. 1 Week ho gya waise hi hai. Uper s face wash karte time left nose touch hote hi dard hota hai. Pls tell me why it is happening and pls give me some medicine

I have a kind of minor throat pain only on one side with no fever or cold.  About to eat (azithromycin ip 500mg) but consists 5 tablets I always used to eat it for 3 days so should I switch to 5 days Or eating 3 days as usual would work!?

I have fallen sick multiple times since January with flu like systems. Since then have taken betadiene on and off for gargle (twice thrice a week, every 4 weeks or so). Dosage is usually 10 ml betadiene in 30 ml water - is this okay to take? Usually I take it if I feel like I have come in contact with sick / infected people or have slight soreness of throat

Doctor has prescribed zentel 400 for two days one tab each , but i dont know whether to swallow or chew it ,

I have a sudden throat pain and fatigue day before yesterday. Now i have only throat pain, dufficult to swallow food, water. I have no cough, no fever. Took azee 250 mg thrice, didnt work. Please suggest me medicine

On the 14th of March I developed severe throat pain in both my tonsils which turned into visible white spots. As a result my doc recommended Azithromycin for 5 days which I completed. The pain reduced greatly but continued mildly on one side. Cut to the 20th of March, I felt that my left ear was blocked. It hurt at night so I took a painkiller and slept it off. The next day it pained again. As of today, here are my symptoms: - My left tonsil still hurts - Don't really have a runny nose (just occasional water) - No sneezing - no ear pain - My left ear seems to be blocked. I can't hear properly from it. The sound seems dampened. Moreover, when I try and close my nose and blow to pop my ear, I can hear a bubbling sound on the left side, as if the war drum is being pushed by air slowly. Please help on what to do.

Is it safe to use combinase Aq nasal spray for blocked nose? I stay in Bangalore and most of the time i have blocked nose condition.(Mostly one is partially or fully blocked).
