Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am facing continuously sneezing while I am not sleeping and during sleep close nose. Whole day i want to reading but i can't due to running nose and eyes also . I have home dust allergy but my home is clean and i am reading at home throughout the day. I tried everything every types allopathy( montelucast) 1st then homeopathy 2 nd, then ayurvedic 3 Rd and Frome 3 years i am steel help less. During typing this massage i am in sleeping position to avoid sneezing and running nose. Please can anyone help me out this i can't focus on reading i can't watch a single lecture without lying down on my bad even I can't reading with seating position. If I am constantly driving them i have no problem, during eating I have open nose but when ever I am trying to reading running nose is continuous and uncontrollable. can any doctor help me out of these please don't suggest homeopathy because that medicine have zero affect on me. I can't even go outside whithout taking medicine, handkerchief.

Please I have ear pain with headache, neck pain and sore throat recently started today I used a flash light to look inside my throat and saw white  patches inside my throat, pain when swallowing I have been taking warm water i don't know what else to do

I m suffering from chest from last 15 days all my test r normal and now i start coughing sneezing fever etc while coughing my chest pains now i want to know is this can be due to alleries because i m highly allergic to dust

It has been there for 5 days.. when i gargle with warm water.. it feels that it shrinks.. but again after some time it feels bigger... Its symptom less but i am worried is it cancer or something...it has reduced to some extent since gargle but while gargling it becomes really small.. Please guide me I have attached pictures

Septoplasty and Turbinoplasty had done  6 months ago. I feel suffocation still .I am attaching CT-scan which was done after surgery. Plz confirm me whether my Terbunates are normal or not in size .Any sign of empty nose syndrome. Plz share your valuable advice.

Yesterday I went to doctor he said it is lymphodenitis ..i have swollen lymph nodes near neck right side ..just below jaw right side from past 4 days..it's painfull when I press..but i don't have any other symptomss..is it cancer or something .I'm scared
