Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

How frequently is the above damaged during FESS and has anyone experienced it? Is this the easiest one to damage during surgery?

I was having fever, body ache and cough since few days. As doctr advised i tool all medications. All things improved. But lately i started having throat pain while swallowing. No white patches on tonsils seen. I am more concerned because I already had 3 days of augmentin done 3 times a day and then started cefixime today. As soon as the medicine wears off, pain starts. what could be the reason when all other symptoms went away. why throat pain? .

Hello doctor I am suffering from throat pain from past 1 month it's not heavy but I feel something as strucked in throat and if I Have dry food and hard food it's paning more and if little spicy also I feel like burning in throat and pain in ears one day right ear and one day left and neck also paining lot nd unable to breath also and in nasal passage also inflamed n burning if I take long breath n I feel sensation in ears too what could be the reason it's making me tension

Hello Doctor, My mother aged 63 is suffering from a swelling in the right side of neck little above collar bone... It is not paining but she is having slight discomfort while sleeping. No issue with talking or swallowing. The swelling is very soft and movable. All her blood reports are normal.. attached is the USG report. Kindly suggest treatment Thanks

I am having nasal polyps, consulted ENT physician, he has seen them and prescribed corticosteroid tablet - NUCORT M16 for 15 dasy, out of which once in a day for 5 days and half in a day for next 10 days, I am taking the same from past 4 days but so far no improvement seen. How much time will.take to get polyps to shrink?

Unable to hear all the time from left year but i noticed never. Now i noticed while practising song. Sir, placing earphone to the left ear and right year i can only hear from right but from left ear i can feel song track but in the form of very small amplitude vibrations that i can not understand i mean to say which song track is playing. In past doctor has given me  nerves strengthening medicine and get pathology test done for left ear.
