Cold since a month not getting reduced. Triedmultiple tablets, mucus cold, always sneezing. Not getting any help with medicines

I have a chronic symptom Forehead pressure Left nose to jaw pressure Left eye heaviness feel I checked with my ent doctor, took CT of pns, it showed deviate nasal septum, so doctor said, it could be causing the issue, need to perform surgery But then i consulted neurologist, he gave me amixide- h tablet, which provides me good releif, but when it stops, it comes back So i am at a confusion whether it has to do with my septum or could be nerve issue... Kindly help me here. Need your valuable inputs

Hello, I have been suffering white patches on my tongue and some hairy white patches on both sides of my tongue. It's not painful but because of that, I can see white small patches on my cheeks also. I can feel that my lingual tonsils are swollen and it's not painful. My neck lymph node is enlarged for the last 4 months what could be the reason? Is it because of kissing? Or any std?

So, yesterday while bathing, i found out there's a pea sized lump/lymph node infront of my right ear/tragus. It's firm but movable, yesterday it was not tender, maybe i palpated it more so it feels a little tender now. Does this mean i have any infection? I am suffering from insomnia since a month without any cause. All bloodwork is normal, including cbc, lft, kft, sugar, thyroid. Ultrasound full abdomen is normal as well. I had a viral in 1st week of January. Since then m having such issues. Please help me. Is this anything serious?

Hi all, you could have noticed my previous queries . My son's( currently 61 days old) OAE test failed twice ,one at 23 days and the other one at 56 days . We have been asked to take BERA ,i took BERA today and the audiologist told that everything is normal. PFA reports. Can you also check and let me know if all is good. It's still like a miracle for me ,not sure OAE alone failed though ent confirmed that there is no debris or fluid inside the years before taking oae. Wat could be the reason.
