Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Before 1 month i have intense mouth injury while tooth brushing. After 5 days of injury i have stiff neck and discomfort of neck while swallowing food. Now some ulcer is on my toung and i have little bit breathing issue.

I was having constant dizziness for almost two months after I Covid in Jan 2023.. Intially my eyes also rapidly moved from left to right for a few moments on one day when the dizziness was acute.. BP was fluctuating.. was on the higher side..then the lightheaded changed after 2 months and I would get dizzy when I slept on my right side or turned towards by right side.. ENT doc diagnosed it as BVPP vertigo after examination and put me onto Vertin 8mg thrice a day for 30 days. The symptoms had come under control but I took a flight two days ago and ever since I landed I can hear a mild whooshing sound in left ear and the vertigo symptoms are showing up again. Will it stabilise and what do I to cure the whooshing sound in my left ear? I also had a fungal ear infection in Jan 2023 and the ENT doc gave me ciplox and Cepodem.

Dear Doctors I'm facing vocal nodules since 6 months. My voice is not coming properly. As per doctor consultant i done everything told by Doctors. Kindly guide me for better relief.

During bed time and morning wake up time continuously sneezing come on at some period Especially this occur on summer season How to cure this problem

I feel there is sudden ringing in ears for few seconds and it goes away could you tell what is the reason for the issue and is it anything serious

Iam getting throat pain since june 2022.I consulted doctor and she did endoscopy and said i have pharyngitis. I was okay till jan 2023 and again same problem arised she said pharyngitis and gave medicine. Now in this march end also i suffered with pharyngitis.I quit smoke from January. Whenever i take alcohol this throat pain is occurring from next day and doctors are saying it is pharyngitis.And another problem is so much saliva is forming inside throat.Iam literally worried.please help me.Thank you

I am felling always dizzy and all time my head congestion last 2 year. At first doctor called this is Vestibular migraine. Another doctor called this is PPPD. Another doctor said this is Canal paresis. At last cmc vellore doctor said Vestibular dysfunction. But no one cured my condition

Dr i want to ask a informative question,every one get  cold due to cold weather, drinking cold water , showering in cold water or in changing weather but science says virus is reason for cold , what is relation between cold virus and cold weather

Having Cold (past issue Cinus), headache, feel like having fever but whenever i checked it is not more than 98 degree. Blurr vision, no taste ( blister) , soar throught. Having this issue since lst 4-5 days. Hope this is not Corona.

My father who is 70+ is leading a healthy and active lifestyle. He is having high BP. Since last 3 months he is facing sudden bleeding from nose . It has happened 8-10 times a month. He is having no pain. Got his check up done , done tests also. No abnormality in report and ENT also could not find the cause of bleeding. Pl suggest what to do.
