Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, whenever there is a change in weather from winter to summer, I always have a lot of sneezing. This mostly happens during the morning. During these days even if I press my nose during morning I start sneezing. In extreme conditions I had to take cetrizine tablet which makes my nose and throat dry. Is this some kind of allergy? I want to avoid cetrizine. Please help.

In my mouth have white patches and it creates healing when i consume spices or warm things, I even do not know which doctor specialist have to cunsult. Previous doctor cunsulted in my area and he given rebagean and gel for 1 moth but issue is same

Can i eat fruits like kiwi, oranges and mosambi juice while having cough? Since 3 weeks I'm suffering from cough and I feel quite weak and I'm on medication.

I have pulsating tinnitus only when I lay down on my sides.I hear the pulsing heartbeat sounds in my both ears while laying down on respective sides.If I lay down on left side,I hear heartbeat pulsing vibration on left side.same on right side ear while laying down on right side.I have chronic jaw and neck pain for which I took MRI of jaw.MRI of TMJ shows right sigmoid bulb venous diverticulum. The jaw doctor who did order the MRI said he don't know what this is.My GP said the same. Is this something serious? What is the treatment for this. I don't hear it during the day while I stand or sit. Hear it only when I lay down on sides and it's like throbbing vibrating sounds. I have ear ringing since this jaw pain started. But this pulsating sounds started since last year. Chronic pain for 3 years in jaw/neck. Can I leave this diverticulum or should I get this treated? I am currently outside India and planning to travel in few months to India to check this. Is this need to be treated soon?

Hi doctor, I have observed in recent days that when I drink beer which is chilled next day my nose gets blocked. Does this mean I am allergic to beer? Or is it because beer is too much chilled and that can cause allergic Rhinitis?

Hello , one side nose block and it switches after every few hour , some time both nose block, and also stickiness in throat . Due to which facing breathing difficulties. I have these symptom from last 1 year when I was in my native (costal area) 2 month back I moved to Bangalore and I felt better in that 2 month . 75% of my symptom was not there in that 2 month . But 3 days back I came back to my native (costal area) and again I m facing same breathing issue , nose block and sticky throat . if I try to blow from nose air won't come out and I can feel air pressure inside my ear . what might be the reason ? All my reports are normal including nasal scanning .

Today , suddenly my throat is dried ,throat is also feeling  tired, then my i cannot loud voice and also voice  Hoarseness,  when i teach students after taking some rest it feels relief. What is the problem of it. Tell me the treatment.please advice .

I am suffering from TMJ spasm & for which ent doctor told me to take hifenac MR In morning and night however today i was able to get and take medicine in afternoon arnd 1 pm so can I now take it in night around 11pm ?? Thanks for your valuable response doctor.
