Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

When I touch my right of this part which I pointed red it feels different from left side I feel some pea sized lump in this area which feel hard & immovable from 9 months.. what it could be .. it doesn't move .. it's not seen from outside I only can feel when I touch this area inside like a stone..

Hello Doctors, My sister is having a nasal congestion, snoring is extra loud at night with weird sounds in her nose.She suspects gaseous nose.while sneezing she gets bleeding from nose sometimes.Also head feels dizzy.. Any suggestions for medications. Thanks

I had attended a Kirtan 2 weeks ago, and there were many loudspeakers. I was there for about 10-15mins. Since then, I have been suffering from some hearing loss and tinnitus. Went to a specialist, he said it was infection and gave some antibiotics and antihistamines. After a week, due to no improvement, I decided to go to another ENT specialist. He said it's ET Catarrh and some nerve damage and prescribed methylcobalamin injections (10 inj, alt days), some antihistamines, a steroid nasal spray. But he didn't mention approximately how long would it take to recover. After first injection itself, I felt some improvement in hearing and tinnitus. Would it get better in few weeks?

Hello Doctor, I am facing constant headache especially forehead and temples, pressure in face and pain behing eyeball and cheeks. I got an MRI done the brain function looks normal but below is noted in MRI. Is my symptoms because of the attached and what is the treatment for the same? I am really worried.

I had gone through septoplasty and Turbinoplasty before 6 months but I feel unusual pressure and suffocation inside right nose since surgery. 8×8 mm of perforation found after surgery. There is no formation of crusting and bleeding from nose . My question is that this pressure and suffocation what I feel is due to perforation or may be from other reasons.

This small painless mass on hard palate since one year same size no change .. no pain what it could be ? Plz suggest next step .. I have warts in hand & neck it looks something like that can it be wart ? What is treatment?

Hello Doc, Out of nowhere suddenly neck pain started and after touching feeling swelling or vein twist ( I do not know exactly). It is painful and restricted movement of neck. Attached the photos where exactly it is paining.

I had a sore throat a few days ago with low grade fever along with neck pain which got resolved. However, whenever I kneel down I feel a certain pressure and get a headache. The bridge of my nose and also the temples hurt. I don't have a runny nose but there is a constant body ache. This is happening for the past 3 days. Please suggest a remedy.

I have been diagnosed with Tinnitus, i consulted ENT, i have taken a course of ginkgo biloba and then Tinnex, i tried to suppress using external sounds such as light music, fan sound and many others, still the issue exists, in the internet it tells there is no cure for Tinnitus, please suggest how to handle this issue.
