Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Can lenteclin-LB cure throat infection. Please suggest. Is this antibiotic sufficient. My mom is not able to swallow anything due to pain.

Since last 6-7 years I've been battling a cough that starts after i get soar throat and cold, once it starts it stays for 3 months and no medicines have any kind of effect on it. So far i have visited so many ENTs and Allergy specialist and everything. Loads of Xray MRI CT scan Andoscopy of chest throat nose, nothing was found. Then one ENT gave me Histaglob injections, it prevented the cough from coming back for 2 years, then i had to take it again and it worked for another 2 year, and now i am taking it for the 3rd time. I am wondering if there is a permanent solution and to know exactly what's the problem and if I can do something to prevent it. When the cough happens it's unbearably difficult, i can't sleep laugh eat, i lose 3-4kg of weight, pain in my guts from coughing, my throat gets rashes and is in constant pain, my voice nearly goes away, and cough has different pattern, for few weeks it will come from guts, then it feels like coming from chest, then irritation in throat.

Hello Doctor, I am suffering from scratchy throat from last two months. Due to which I am also having dry cough. I took azithro 500mg for 3 days and pan D 1-1 for 7 days but still problem is same. What I can do to make it right. Thank you.

I had viral infection and had lot of coughing last week but now cough is less but i have pain in my tight jaw head neck shoulder and eye .and ear . Is it due to tmj problem .

I have tonsils and got to know 2 weeks back. Can I take fruits without cool. Is fruits will help or give adverse effect. Can I take coconut, watermelon etc...

I noticed a pimple near left side of uvula 2-3 weeks back. It was quite painful but now the size and pain has decreased . But still it's there and taking too long to resolve and that area seems little white and pains when i speak, laugh or swallow. Can anyone tell me what's the reason and what should i do? I don't smoke or any other bad habits. Pic attached for reference

Hello Doctor , Few months before i had pain behind ear and was not able to swallow along with dizziness. ENT specialist near by told its swimmers ear and gave medication post which my pain reduced but my dizziness is always there. I feel some wetness in my right ear but when I consulted doctor he said ear is clear and there is no issue. But i sometimes feel there is something wet at the entrance of ear and dizziness. I am not able to get the resolution which is putting me in excess stress and anxiety.

I've always felt that my left ear is the dominant one and I hear lesser with my right ear. I tend to use the phone also always with my left ear. It is not that I can't hear my my right ear but it's significantly lower than the left. What could be the possible reasons for the same? Is it some serious problem?

Hi, This problem occurred past 1 month taken some cold  and cough medicine but still not recovered, Kindly suggest how to get out this ear clogged and not able to hear properly.

It been 6 weeks (42 days) of septoplasty and adenoidectomy , now the nose blocks due to some dirt and all , so can i use my fingers to remove them , is it safe now to put fingers inside nose , and am i allowed to do everything like before without any restriction , are there any restrictions to be followed now
