Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello doctor, My body produces too much mucas in my nose. So that's why I feel uncomfortable. Many of time my noses are blocked by mucas. Please I need solution for this. I was suffering from Sinusitis for many years. But recently I have tried Jal Neeti. After that my Sinusitis is resolved. But my body still produce too much mucas. Please suggest me a solution that my body stops producing too much mucas in my nose..

Dr please tell me is dizziness,imbalance is a symptom of vestibular migraine.I get mild headache but more of dizziness especially with head and eye movement,been taking vertin but of no help.

Is there a chance of throat cancer? Please find the attached diagnostic file. Since I was admitted for neurology issues, this diagnosis was not given proper value at that time.

I have been suffering from sore throat and complete loss of voice for more than one week. I had Azithromycin tablets (Azidil 500) for 6 days and then the doctor changed the medicine and gave me 3 tabs daily of Moxiclavauk 625...but these are not working at all. I have already taken so many leaves from office now my manager is upset with me. I don't want to lose my job. Can you please help me with some steroid medicine names (prednisolone) which can fix this issue in a few hours? I really need my voice back to keep my job...it's an emergency situation. Please suggest the name of some good steroids 🙏

Hello doctor if i wake up morning and I suck from nose and spit it means my phlegm colour is yellowish brown only first phlegm colour is that after normal white tat too if I suck from nose to throat it looks like yellow brown I have attached image pls find it

Initially had viral fever with throat pain, took antibiotics and was relieved but pain in throat continued and also moved to ears. For last two weeks the pain was either on left side or on right side of throat and ear. Today it's on both sides and it hurts in ears and throat as I swallow. No relief even after taking 2 weeks antiallergics and antacid as prescribed by ent. Kindly advise.

I take metformin glyciphage 500mg twice daily and also neurobion once a day but if I miss taking vitamins for 2 or 3 days I get painfull throat ulcers  and they don't appear anywere other then my throat I have got this problem third time now since last 5 months what should I do

I have been suffering from sore throat since last week. I had Azithromycin tablets (1 tablet daily) from Wednesday to Sunday but no improvement in condition. Today a medicine shop gave me Moxiclavauk-625 for 7 days (3 tablets daily) but no improvement yet. Now my throat is literally burning, staring from this evening. I can't swallow any food or liquid. My voice is completely gone. I have my job so I am very tensed because I am missing my office for so many days, I might get fired for this. I need to get my voice back urgently. Plz help me get my voice back, plz stop this pain.

When i wake up i feel my nostrils are very dry and sometimes I can find dried blood in my nose while cleaning them.

Hello sir, I got my ears tested and my reports says 'AS type reflex absent do i need to be worried, do i need medicines for this?
