Salivary gland stone
I have stone below my tongue ,in the pipe where the saliva flow , it is movable, it might be 0.5 cm , Its been 4-5 years since I have this stone , back then my gland swells but after some time I manually started moving the stone with the help of my finger and flow of saliva continues what should I do sir , is there any procedure other than surgery, please help.

Good morning Try doing gargles post meals Take vitamin c tablet 500 mg once daily for 7 days Is there any neck swelling? Kindly visit nearby ENT surgeon for further examination
