Suffering from salivary gland swelling since last 7 years , Occurs every 2-3 months.
Done with sonography and all , all reports are normal. No stone detected in glands.

It seems that you are suffering from recurrent subacute parotitis. There is nothing to worry about. Take analgesics if there is pain. Long term antihistaminic and mouth wash should be used. Parotid massage should be done after meals. You should be under periodic check up by an experienced ENT/ gen. surgeon.
