Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

This thing came under my tongue 2 years ago. It went away on its own but still i always feel a slight discomfort at that exact same location. What maybe the cause? Can anyone explain. What do i do?

My five months old rubs her ear very often like she is scratching it...is it normal firstly I thought she do it cause of her head hair coming over ears but i am not sure if it's normal to do so.

I have TSH 17 then how much mg 25/50/100 mg thiroxine should I take ? Earlier also I have taken thiroxine of 100 mg and 50 mg to reduce thyroid. I have thyroid problem since 5 years

I have facial pain alternatively left and right side..cheek bone upper jaw lower jaw around eyes headache also ...buy no othe symptoms..i have this from.past one month ..daily pain ...if i stop painkilling I'm getting pain next day..is it sinus ..can sinustis pain will last for more than a month ???

I have jaw pain and had MRI of jaw. The report shows, Right sigmoid bulb venous diverticulum. Is this treatable? Or something serious? I have pulsing heartbeat while laying down on sides. Both sides. Hearing it everyday until I feel asleep. Is this sigmoid bulb venous diverticulum treatable? Is pulsating tinnitus because of this? What to do for this?

Three years ago, I had an operation on the bone of my nose, it was fine till I took medicine, after that the allergy started again, sneezing starts as soon as I wake up in the morning, my nose is always blocked. There is a problem of snoring. Is there a permanent cure for this allergy? And will there be any size effect of the medicine on the kidney, liver etc.?

In this location, it's not visible outside but when i palpate, i can feel that pea type lymph node. Its firm but it moves, slight pain when pressed. Apart from that, occasionally i feel that area a little stiff/tensed. Which goes away with massage. All blood tests normal. All these problems are arising after a viral infection in first week of January. Before that nothing was there. Also, I am suffering from insomnia out of nowhere. Please guide me what to do. Apart from those above symptoms nothing else i feel. Please help

Very oftentimes, my nose gets blocked, and I feel etching inside the nose as it feels when someone gets cold, and I sneeze also. So, I wanted to know what could me the reason.

Thank you so much for response of doctors( shrushti mam and adhavan sir). But i tried already this spray and medicine. Can tell me please honorably that can allergy gone for fully by this medicine. Mam and sir I tried already 5 doctors and everyone has same impact that while tracking this medicine and spray i am normal guy but after one 1 moth whithout medicine the same things starts.  If I take this medicine for long time, is there any bad impact if not then i will consult you. because I am preparing for upsc and i need one year focus so can you say that if I will take this can I get one year relief after that i will try something else.
