Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am suffering from ear pain and ear block from last two days . Using clear wax ear drops now is it enough for this

Having a bitter taste from the last 4 days taking Maxgalin M 75 Capsule and benfica forte from last 1 month

My 7 year old boy always have discharge from ear from many years and ent used to give antibiotics and cure it but it always used to recur in few months whenever he eats cold items or water goes into his ears or when he has cold.last week our paediatrician told to take a culture and have attached a report is it normal or how .he have a peculiar problem from past 4 years  like whenever he moves his neck up and down there is a clicking sound but no pain or anything he says .what is this .is this crepitus or how.he is into this medication after the culture done.

I sneezing every morning continuous for 6-7 time, also coughing daily in morning. It's been a year it keeps coming and going. Which specialist should I go, ear nose throat or chest specialist

I am suffeing from dry cough from last 3 days taking pescribed medicine-Amoxicilin 625,montair fx,dexa,levocet and cough syrup together it is ok

Since born I don't have smell sense Is there any medicine, treatment or therapy Can I help me to get smell sense?

Please help I noticed these bumps on my tongue is not painful, I just saw it while I was brushing my tongue I can't get pictures because is at the end of my tongue but I saw what it looks like on the goggle is attached please what could it be just like tiny red bumps
