SIR, I have tinitus in left ear + ear tightness. It all happens cause of cold from October 2022 and all the cold goes back . Post nasal drips happens continuosly. In my reports only mild dns in left nose + bilateral inferior turbinates happen. Whenever I do valsava manover then popping sensation is not properly happen in left ear. I'm addicted to do tenderness to temporal bone so i feel then ear cartilage rubbing each other. I'm feeling tightness in cartilage. I feel like that something is stitching in my ear and something mucus trying to drain but it can't drain properly. Long time continuosly soreness in my throat in left side only where blockage in left ear or soreness in left throat continuosly. I have taken lot of nasal drops, steam inhalstion + nasal cotresteroid nothing get result. I'm also feeling that eardrum goes inside. In my mri and ct it is shown mucosal thickening in left maxilary sinus rest nothing came. Tympanometry is normal and audiometry is normal.
