Kindly use the mouth wash post every meals and one bottle cap level
And alaspan better to take at night after food around 8 pm

Take 10 ml of mouthwash and put it in your mouth. Swish for 30 seconds to 1 minute and spit it. Do not swallow. Avoid eating, drinking, or smoking for at least 30 minutes after rinsing.
Alaspan after food.
