Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, My son is 6 year old since 3 years he is suffering cold a cough, cough comes only in winter seasons and he is also allergic. Since 2 months breathing from mouth we consulted ENT, ent referred us for Adenoid surgery, it says it's 70% blockage and we have to operate to remove adenoid, Is there possibility we can shrink with medicine or homeopathy. Do I have to go surgery only as my son is not growing in height and weight too

Good evening doctor.. usually i used to bath with hot water with geyser water heater. So yesterday after bathing with hot geyser water i cleaned my body with a towel so while cleaning my face with down to up direction with the little wet towel suddenly by mistake towel went into my nose..is there any chance of getting that brain eating ameoba..i read that like in America one guy died like this..iam so scariof this please help me

My 11 months baby has Secretive Otitis media after checking the doctor wasn't sure whether any fluid is still there or not, so adviced to get it rectified by doing audiometry test to find if any fluid is still there and if yes how much as all the medicines have been given. Wanted to know is this test safe for this small baby as the center where this tests are done when spoke with them they sound reluctant to do this test for this small baby. Is there any other means through which it can be identified. My baby is doing fine just sometimes touch that ear.

My baby is 7 month old whenever I clean his ear black type liquid wax comes out from only his left ear? I have put oil ? what is it? Is it a infection?

Today is the 34th day of septoplasty , and today i wwnt to a sallon , there during the process of cutting , barber pinched my nose for grip and as it was not hurting i allowed him to do so for 30 secs , i did not feel any pain and no bleeding , will this affect my septum and septoplasty. i had my septoplasty from apollo chennai ,
