Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I'm facing dryness inside the nose and also have scabs. Dry mucus, it's pain a little due to scab. Should I consult ENT immediately?

I am having tonsillitis since 3 days .I am consuming Azithromycin along with paracetamol but the tonsils are just getting more infected lately and their size is increasing

I wake up with spinning and giddiness with vomiting. when I am trying to change my position on bed I feel more spinning of head. when I sit down on chair I don't feel it. what is this? vertigo? to whom shall I consult? ENT

Im 24 years female with sinusitis and rhinitis.. my hb is 10.7 and i have been sick from 20 days.. first i had fever which after taking medicines went away.. then i had ear and throat pain which after visiting doctor and taking prescribed medicines was good for one day but then turned to ulcer in throat which took 7 days to clear.. after which now i have cold and cough with green phlegm and temperature over 98.5 which while checking at doctors shows 99 for over 10 days.. I'm very tired and stressed and haven't been medicines for 20 straight days.. should i be worried?

Hi, Under the influence of AC or dust i sneeze a lot. For now I am taking L-hist medicine. This started when i moved to different city. Is there any other method of instant relief from this or should I rely on tablets.

Sir, can  Upper GI endoscopy also detact larynx or vocal cord abnormal  area . Even  GI endoscopy is normal , do i need to do Laryngoscopy again .please advice

I've been suffering from a dry nose for the past week, its so uncomfortable that i cannot sleep properly at night (it becomes worse at night). My nose lining also appears a little red from the inside and I do get bleeding sometimes when I blow my nose. I've been trying saline spray but it only gives me temporary relief. I also tried Vaseline near nostrils but I've heard that its harmful and it didn't help me in anyway. I am a student and its really hindering with my studies and daily life since i am almost always out of energy due to less sleep. Please suggest any medication that can give quick relief.

Hello Doctor Can throat infection cause swelling of lips throat and tongue, tightness in chest, difficult in breathing? Or something else problem is this ? I'm using pantocid dsr for gas issue daily Past 2 weeks Can Azythromycin 500mg cure all these symptoms? 5 days course will be enough to cure this ? Each one tablet everyday at afnn time ? Thank you
