Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

How long should i use isotonic saline nasal spray after septoplasty. i had it on 25-02-23 , doctor has advised to use it for 5 days 3 times , should i stop it after that or use more , and otriving spray is advised to be used for 5 days what should be done , and no antibiotics has been prescribed

Hi am getting thick mucus from nose due to which my upper jaw on both sides cheeks under eyes are paining I had my antibiotic for my viral infection 1week back but still this issue came up after my fever subsided completly what to do suggest please 🙏

There is mucus inside the throat not too much but continue to stay even ofter clean always and also side block of nose and watery fluid out of nose . All these make me feels  discomfort and I have no pain at all . What should I do? Is it a sign of beginning sinus or what...???

While eating or chewing there is pain near front ear side why it's happening please suggest any thing

I have 24/7off balance for 3 months and I also have vitamin d deficiency and vitamin B12 is  266 I have visited 10+ doctors till now my problem is not solved some doctors are saying I don't think it would be a vertigo problem I have taken multiple tablets but I dont see any result Problems i'm suffering from : 24/7 off balance for 3 months Knee pain ,shoulder pain , back pain , hip pain , foot pain, sometimes headache , tooth pain , this problems are from feb 20 2023 to till now march And tinnitus facing this issue 3months Test I have taken doctors said : CT Pns scan - normal Mri brain scan - normal Impedance audiometry - normal VNG ( videoonystagmography ) - normal Eye test - normal Vitamin d deficiency - 9.26  ng/ml Vitamin b12 - 266.00   pg/ml At the end which doctor should I consult my problem will be solved and I want to live my normal life again

So in jan first week i had a viral infection post which my throat issues stayed lingering till today. In feb i had a course of ceftum 500 for 5 days along with montek lc, while i was taking it was kinda fine but later same thing. Now I showed an ent who has put me on Cepodem XP for 10 days, along with a steroid nasal spray and steam inhalation. I do salt water gargling additionally as well. Will this thing get better? I am scared since it lasted 2 months already. I am attaching the picture, you can see in back throat wall there are two lumps, they're there since 2-3 years, never caused problem. Ignoring that, why my tonsils stay a little swollen always? Should I go for tonsillectomy? Please advice on my condition
