Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hey doctor I am 21 year old When I was in 9th I start using music at in my earphones at 100% volume when i was in college i start feeling pain in my ear i went to doctor he told me i have damaged my minor ear cell i was having homopathic treatment from past 1 year but nothing happned I am feeling so hopeless i can't hear anything on my mobile bcz it make me ear ache and even I can't talk on mobile bcz it make my ear ache now doctor is there any hope for me can do something is there any surgery for it anything to make my life back to normal

I have been having sore throat/post nasal drip issues since quite some time. While self assessing myself, i was touching the back of my ear. On the right side of the temporal bone, when i touch just the left side of the mastoid bump, where a depression like thing is there. It feels sore. Only when touched. Why can it be happening? I don't have congested nose, ears. Just post nasal drip mainly. Apart form that, I have soreness when i press below my ear(beside jaw bone) and open my mouth there's soreness. It's not on the TMJ joint but the depression area below ear. I had done blood tests all normal. Cbc, kft, lft, sugar, thyroid and lipid. I am really hoping this is not mastoiditis. :( I googled it and it showed me this. I am scared :( I had been to an ENT recently, i forgot to mention this issue as the primary issue was post nasal drip.

How does gargle salt in warm water help sorethrat ? Does salt kill microbe or has other benefits? ...

My 5 and half year old kid diagnosed with Glue ear in June 2022. They put him in watching period for 3 months. In October doctor said the glue ear has got cleared. But now in December doctor said that tge glue has come again n needs to get operate. We as parent very much worried about the surgery. My questions are 1.  is he really need surgery or is there any other alternative treatment ? 2. Can he fly with glue ear? Does flying affect his ear or hearingloss or  any other thing? Had my septoplasty  and adenoidectomy 2 weeks ago , in chennai apollo , currently there are crusts in nose in one side , which is making difficult to breathe , how to remove them without touching as i am advised not to put fingers in nose , i cant visit the doctor as i have come to my hometown , jow to get rid of crusts

Hello Doctor, I have frequent headache and swelling behind my ears. I feel heatness around ear when i have swelling . I did a MRI and visited nearby ENT, he said nothing to worry and gave medication for migraine and swelling. With medicine my swelling is reducing but it keeps repeating after few days. Sometimes the swelling goes off by its own. I did blood test and my lymphocytes is 43%. Platelets ,WBC count is within limit. Is there any cause of concern? Attaching my mri report.
