Out of nowhere we noticed blood patches on my mother's nose tip. No injury and no pain. Can't understand what is this?

Good evening Looks like nasal telengectasia If this is the first episode and not on blood thinners or previous bleeding n clotting time normal nothing to be worried off or else kindly take consultation
