37 years female suffering with dry cough,mild cold after 5 days voice is changing not husky voice is came out.i am a lecturer recently joined, not understanding my words.now i am started Azithromycin since yesterday, please what i do please suggest me

Can I use ciplox ear drops for tinnitus to over come sizzing or buzzing in ear.I am suffering from noise in ears.

Dear sir/Ma'am, I'm writing this to you behalf of my mother to discuss about the disease she is suffering for. Below you will find a brief on patient's disease- From 02.01.2023 to 20.01.2023, patient was suffering from heavy sore throat, heavy cough, breathlessness, chest pain, lung Infection & heavy mucus in chest and lungs. After several appointments with doctors and after prescribed medication now she is recovering and on 20.01.2023 patient don't have heavy mucus & heavy cough. But still patient has breathlessness, chest pain and her sore throat problem is worsening day by day. For sore throat she can't able to sleep whole night and neither able to speak in normal way. Note: Two year back patient was found with food and dust allergy & right now she is under medication of an allergist. I'm requesting you to please go through all this and please provide some solution. Thanks for your help.
