Enlarged Lymph nodes and pain in neck
Hello, I am having pain in my left neck and my lymph node of level 5 is swollen and painful i had my CBC and ESR which is normal lymphocytes count is 18% and ESR is 12 I am attaching my reports with it I had USG of neck which states - "Multiple enlarged lymphnodes with preservation of fatty hilum and normal nodal Architecture noted bilaterally at level lb, II, III, IV & V. Largest lymphnode in right & left side measures 36.2 mm x 10.7 mm & 17.0 mm x 9.2 mm, both located at level II. IMPRESSION: Reactive cervical lymphnodal enlargement. Small colloid nodule in left lobe ( TI RADS 2)." I am attaching USG report as well I HAVE CHRONIC TONSILLITIS FROM PAST 2-3 YEARS . I request doctor to help me is it CANCER HIV or TB or normal swelling due to tonsils i am very very scared because doctor told me it might br cancer or TB or something serious, please help me
