Frequent cold
I'm saranya from tirupati, my age is 34, causing frequent cold and sneezing, watery discharge from nose and eyes, irritation of eyes and nose, frequent mucus dripping in throat, and it causes throat infection like my tonsils are red in color. I'm frustrated of this, for 6months. But I'm using ayurvedic medicine pankajakasturi, it works but when I stopped of using these, again same thing repeated, so please suggest me. What can I do. Thank u.
