Hi
I noticed that whenever I talk continuously, i start getting running cold, and i feel irritation in my nose. My condition gets improved after resting, for sometimes what is the cause of that?
How to treat? Thanks

It’s when you have nasal blockage but it appreciate it during speech only that is during nasal breathing. Get an ENT check up or NCCT Nose and PNS.
