Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

After a viral infection in January first week, since then m suffering from irritated throat. I had a course of ceftum 500 for 5 days 2 weeks back. But no relief. After that, i still had post nasal drip and constant need to clear throat, but not continuous cough. I went to another ENt who prescribed me Cepodem XP and ab phyline tablets for 10 days. Its the 4th day and I don't see any improvement so far and since yesterday, rather the condition has become a little worse. I feel sore throat sometimes, not like complete but mild. The doctor had also checked my voice box and nose by putting a camera, he said it was normal. Then why is it happening! What should I do to get it cured quickly? I also take ppi 2x a day. Please guide me. Attaching the picture. Also, if i go out on scooty outside or stay under fan. It aggravates. Help me. I have all bloodwork done, lft, kft, cbc, sugar, a1c, thyroid, lipid. All normal. Helppp!

Sometimes post walking or sleeping in a pillow with back of my head on pillow or post travelling and cycling i feel dizzy. It doesnt stays when i travel or i am moving.. Why does this happen? Sometimes out of anxiety and fear i feel dizzy why? Is it BPPV?

Having painful throat since 3 days.When i shallow something the pain starts and the pain is under my tongue and towards ear.I don't have fever or cough.
