Let me explain. If you are having a stuffy nose and CT scan report says Ooncha Bullosa, it means that as you attained puberty and had the growth spurt, some bones if your nose(middle turbinates) ballooned up instead of just elongating. This is taking up precious room in your nose causing the obstruction.
So, obviously, you will need surgery to clear this airway obstruction.
