Lightheadedness
Can maxillary sinus polyp cause lightheadedness constantly ? I am facing lightheadedness issue while moving my head and walking for almost an year now. Apart from lightheadedness I frequently have nasal drip. This is interfering a lot in my day to day activities and these days i feel so exhausted. My vitals are normal and sugar, thyroid is under control. Attached is my MRI report. Whats the best treatment to overcome lightheadedness?
