Ear feels wet , pressure and fullness
I have been ear pressure and fullness but lately it also feels wet sometimes but while touching or clearing it's completely dry. There is no ear pain. I have little imbalance and nausea. Please suggest

U need ear examination and hearing tests. Can be a problem with ur Eustachian tube or fluid in the ear.
