Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sir I am suffering from nasal congestion every 20 days in a month since last many years...I tried steam inhalation ,allegra tab...some times levocetrizine and montelucast ...,saline nasal drop and fluticasone nasal spray since many years...the symptoms are now worsens...no cure ...I want to get rid of this irritated disease ...how to find out the root cause...now it common in one nostril open while other closed and other open while another closed...please provide me genuine solutions...

I have got one swollen tonsil on the right with redness around the area and a white patch around the area. Some body aches are also present . No fever . What is the treatment of this ?

I have acid reflux and bronchitis since long time. Is this the reason I feel my throat closing up sometimes. If this is not the reason, then what should I follow to over come this problem. Pls suggest.
