Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I sir my self shivani I'm 14 years old I have problem with my (two)ears both  right and lift ear from past 2 weeks

I have a cut near uvula with some information Pic attached A dr advised me to use lexanox gel I want to ask can I apply it directly on uvula pls guide And tell about the pic too Pls help in my district no ent specialist is sirtting

I have been diagnosed with bppv for a month. I have already taken vertin -24 mg for 20 days yet there are no major improvement. Last time epley maneuver which indicated no vertigo. Yet i had episode of vertigo for whole day. What are the possible scenarios if vertigo last for full day Other symptoms are Ear fullness (3-4 times) Trembling (once) Flatulence and gas Nausea There is no hear loss and constant pain and ringing in ear. I have following other questions Is diarrhoea associated with this ? Can being on screen or mobile be the trigger ? Do i need double pillow while sleeping? Can this lead to any major problem?

Sir I have so much pain in my head and behind ear. I have done 2 operation of removing two increased Bone of zaw. Please sir tell me what is this. My life has been hell. This pain is so untolerable.

I am suffering from vertigo. Can the reason be eyes? Should i avoid screens? Sometimes my eyes see streaks of light like whenever u see bright light, even when i haven't been exposed to bright light. Do i need to be worried? I am near sighted.
