Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

She is having pain in and around both the ears and a bit of swelling. Having headache in upper part of brain and bit of swelling there as well. Please help.

I had light swelling in neck which I showed to ENT , he couldn't see any swelling but for save side he told me to get neck sonography . Sonography was fine . But I still have the swelling ( no increase ) but I have difficulty in swallowing . When I talk a lot my throat pains too . Pls suggest me what shall I do . Attaching my sonography report for reference . Thyroid is also normal .

Having enlarged upper nose, pain while touching it. Size of nose near eyes is enlarged and it is hard too

Hello sir, please find attached report of my throat swab culture. I have mucus and sometimes pain and enlarge lymph nodes on back of my throat from last 3 months. I was diagnosed abdominal retro peritoneal lymph node tuberculosis last month. In past 1 and half year ago I was also diagnosed with extra pulmonary tuberculosis but 10 months treatment is completely taken. Please find attached report and tell me what I do next.

Hello from past few days i am experiencing swollen tonsils with cold and cough associated with runny nose sneezing and headache. Also my left wisdom tooth has decayed. Doctor has prescribed me zithrox 500 before food once for 6 days. But still swelling or discomfort is there. Does tooth decay causes throat infection or swollen tonsils. Please suggest any medicine or treatment for the problem. Kindly reply asap??

I have mild throat itching , pain and sometimes cough not severe and no fever...I have not travelled anywhere and follow all protocol once we buy things online . ENT doctor have suggested cepodem 200 tablet , relent tab and betadine gargle.. Can someone advise is this something for concern? Like covid 19..However I have not come in contact with any person outside

I am facing sore throat last 2 days. But it is not continuous, on and off coming and disappearing. I do salt water gargle and gets relief for approximately 4 hrs and mild sore throat after that. Please suggest good medicine to resolve

Sir 7 days ago I first hearing ringing in my ears all was not that bad and my pure tone audiometery test was Normal. The doctor prescribed me amoxiclav 625 prednisolone 20. After 5 days after intake of amoxiclav and prednisolone my tinnitus went worse. Now it starts ringing loud even when I listen my own voice. I WANT TO ASK - 1. DOES STEROID INTAKE DETEREROIT OR WORSEN MY TINNITUS?? PLEASE GUIDE ME. 2. Can it be cured be Betahistine and Cobalamine 1500 mcg, now??
