Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Frequently getting cold, Cough and continuous sneezing and throat pain. Seasonal allergies and dust also... Sometimes having chest pain while coughing... Small onwards having deviated nasal spectrum and migraines headache. Distrubance while sleeping due to nose blockage and wheezing sound.. Avoiding cold items and exposure to dust.. Small hood I got pneumonia.. Sometimes headache are common while travelling on car and long distances..

Whenever I drink appy Fizz or cold drinks . I get headache and running nose . I think I have rhinitis. Please suggest the solution

Sometimes I feel numbness or pressure like sensation in front of ear. Stabbing pain inside ear and dry phlegm. Is it serious?

Around two months back i underwent Bilateral turbinoplasty . But recently I feel that my throat is dry most of the time even though I drink lot of water and it feels like I am not inhaling proper amount of air and it feels like the proper amount of air is not reaching the lungs . Breathing in has become strained ( heavy ) . What might be the issue and how to solve this .

Am having mild tonsillitis with mild cold and gone through COVID rapid test which came out negative on Monday and from Wednesday evening I didn't have sense of smell. Very much confused of what this could be as my test is negative and I don't have any other symptoms like fever,cough . Am a nursing mother for a new born baby so getting panic of my situation.Anybody please help.this same problem is with my mother also.

My left ear is blocked from past one day and it has become really irritating now.. I hear a ringing sound continuously from that ear. I was trying to remove ear wax yesterday.. I am not sure if that could be the problem.. And also now I have been attending many online meeting so I have been using earphones as well for long time during the day.. I am sceptical to go to a doctor during this covid 19 situation.. Kindly suggest what can I do so that my ear opens up.. I am able to hear from that ear but there is a continuous ringing sound, not too loud but yes I can hear it.. This has become really irritating and I think it has started paining as well now.. It is very uncomfortable..
