Ear ringing sounds
Recently I've been hearing ringing or buzzing sound in my both ears. It happens twice or thrice in a day or so for around 30 seconds or less and very rarely a mild pain also in my left ear. sometimes just appears and goes away. What might be the reason for this. I'm having Vitamin D deficiency also. Is this one of the reason. ?

Hi! At your age first thing that can result in ringing of ears is an episode of common cold leading to secretions getting accumulated in ear. For that you need to take cold medication like levocetrizine once daily along with steam inhalation and do valsalva exercise (watch on YouTube). Be very careful that this ringing is not associated with any decrease in hearing, if after one week of medication the problem persists or anytime you have associated decreased hearing then visit ENT specialist without any delay.
Next Steps
Review with ENT specialist for ear examination
Health Tips
Don’t do valsalva if earache is there also
