Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sir, Iam suffering from ear pain and pressure, feeling leaking and wet sensation in ear, sounds from nose and sometimes in ear please help me how to overcome this problem sir

I had facing last three months on throat issues. I feel dryness and something distracted or disturbing in my right side of throat.  I consultant  with doctor over by phone  call and the doctor says i had tonsilitis issue so i need to take antibiotics for 5 days  and  i took   medicines for five days. But still now I feel same think. Some of times feel small pain in my right side ear and neck otherwise no any other physical issues never i had face it. One year back i had face allergic problems and I consulted with a ENT doctor and his own prescription I use nasel spray(FLUTYFLO) for three months. After that he told me you can keep always with this spray and use if it is necessary. NP: four years back I had face a phsycholagical problem and I consulted with a phsychatrist his own conclusions I have depression for fear of death. And after that I had take medicine for 6 month and I stop it gradually. But some times the depression will be come back in my normal life.

Three days earlier I have inserted my finger inside throat to vomit. It's been three days, the pain in the throat is there and I feel something is stuck inside the throat. While I eat I feel the food gets stuck somewhere and then goes inside. I'm also having gas problem. I'm really scared. Can someone help me?

Doc prescribed me picnovit and phlogam tablet for my problem but my dispensary doc give superadyn and tripcy tablet..Can I use superadyn and tripcy in place of picnovit and phlogam or not ..Is these are same salt or not

Hi doc, I was having itching in my ear so I applied panderm ointment (which I got for skin infection), from the next-day I am feeling pain in my ear. Not able to see anything from outside. Right now I'm in a remote area to consult doctor I need to travel 60+km. The pain is too much from yesterday. Please suggest what should I do. Thank you.
