Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi doctor I get tensed after seeing corona related news. I suffer from some or the other health issues like headache,upset stomach ,throat pain,mild body weakness etc every week.this makes me worried.i am trying to take maximum care of my health to avoid unnecessary panic but this is happening again n again. I am taking maximum precautions like not going out of home unnecessarily,sanitizing hand  frequently etc.but I have watched many YouTube videos where people say that even after taking all precautions and staying at home, they got corona so I get worried after seeing such videos.it makes me feel restless. I had pneumonia during my childhood not now.10 years back I had a another health issue in which I used to get cold n cough frequently.i used to feel breathless because of cough but that got okay after medication from ENT specialist.and I don't have that health concern any more.so these factors make me worry more like what will happen if I get Corona. Please help.

Since 3 years had heavy snoring and sudden waking up without breathe in night.Since 5 weeks I had difficulty swallowing saliva (food no issue).Since last 3 weeks I have breathing difficulty to inhale through nose .No sneezing ,no cold,no cough,no fever.covid 19 tested negative.consulted doctor and done endoscopy.he said only slight block in nose and tonsil hypertrophy in report.but no medication given other than a nasal spray (rhinoprl) for 1 month. My weight is 87.5kg against height of the 176.5cm .So he asked to reduce weight by 10kg and asked to re consult after 3 months. My question is :will it suffice?whether tonsil requires any medicine?What is the diet i have to follow(iam actually exercising daily but consuming food equally). Endo Report attached.kindly reply.

Hello doctor I am 57 years old. Having hypertension (2.5 mg tab a day) , general cholesterol issue (10mg tablet a day) and occassional IBS.(managing with flaxseeds). I am 74 kgs, 5.8 feet height. I WALK 8 TO 10 KMS A DAY IN ONE GO. Now the issue is. NATURE Since 25 years I am addicted to packaged drinking water. so even a ounce of ordinary water causing me immidoate (just in 15 mins) throat infection / sometimes with cough. AND SAME ISSUE IS WITH MAX OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS. So we use packaged water even for cooking. And I don't eat any cold or wet food outside. CURRENT ISSUE from this lockdown  the water was not much good which we are getting since 2 months. So I started drinking hot water. But when o drink plain water (it too local packaged water) I am getting mild throat infection / mild throat congestion.  But no mucus or breathing issues. I am managing with plain steam inhaling and betadin gargle. please suggest some lozenges / medicine

I having Gastrics with GERD. But I can able to see mild congestion in throat region later when I done endoscopy due gerd after endoscopy that mild congestion Region there is lot of pain.it feels like that congestion has been disturbed and what ever food I eat or swallow it was paining heavily First when I consulted for that doctor said it was mild tonsils no need medicine only gaggle enough he said. My doubt is tonsils will look like that. Is that tonsils or anything elses what I need to do next? Please check the image

Ia have pain in my right ear from 2 days and i have water in right ear. Its like fluid. Its very old problem.. It happened earlier also

Hai Sir/Madam Recently on 11th of dis month i was diagonise with covid 19 positive admitted and discharged on 19th after coming home next day i m suffering 4rm little throat pain light cough due to slight itching kindly suggest

Since last few days I feel it moving pain below the jaw,in the neck,in the throat and in the chest.In the one area stopped shifting to other area.The pain in any particular area/body increasing pulse rate of that particular area.I am on the medicines tratment for the thorat infection by medicine ie Nexpro 40rd,Cloanam 0.25 IR .My all blood reports, ECG and Chest X ray are normal.Spo2 level too above 90. Currently I don't have any fever/cough.The blood reports also normal. Does it any reaction around the body.This symptoms peratain to any disease. What was the main causes of this disturbing my daily sleep and routine.

This condition is since 40 days now. I tried all medicinal courses which includes the antibiotics (Azy, Aug) , Antacids for the acid reflux , took Allegra M to treat any allergic reaction causing the Post nasal drip. Salt water gargle , betadine gargle and steam inhalation was done too. My problem is the granulation is not decreasing at all. Its still the same as it was on day one. Im worried about the granulation actually. Tell me what can I do to reduce the granulation and make it normal like before. Please prescribe me any medicines with their name to reduce the granulation. Hi had my vocal cord polyph removal surgery microlarygnscopy done 3 weeks back but still my voice is hoarse and felt something got stuck in my throat and felt cough is it normal to feel all this after this surgery?I want to know how much  maximun time vocal cord will take to fully heel ?My doctor asked to take voice rest as much as possible ...I want to know when I will talk comfortably without any hoarseness of my voice?

Stuck throat near collar bone nd constipation as well but dis throat stuck sensation is coming nd going no cough nd cold D's m facing from today afternoon
