Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Difficulties in speaking and throat pain/burning sensesion from 3 months . One year before same problem were happen. ENT surgeon adviced for laryangoscopy and UGI abdomen. Both were normal. Doctor diagnosed as GERD. PAN 40 prescribed and ask for lifestyle change. Now from three months same problem occurring. PAN 40 is taking but not improvement. History of thyroid. Taking thyrox 100. TSH is normal.Age-40, BS/BP/CBC- normal. Pl. advice.

By end of March , I had common cold so it's naturally I have running nose and loss of smell. But till now I have not got my smelling sense back. Can anyone help me with proper medications to regain my smelling sense

I am havin ear pain since 5 days and history of sinusitis no other co morbidities  and the pain is more below the ear when i touch i feel painful and i can hear some noise in ears

For the past 4 months I have been having a cough which is accompanied with a wheezing sound. I've taken cough syrups and a week back a doctor suggested I do an antibiotic couse with another tablet called Pantop. While during the course I did not cough, three days later I started coughing again and it was the same. Cough with a wheeze. And it stops if I take a Cetrizine, for two days and then I start coughing again.

My CT PNS Report shows There is mild insignificant mucosal thickening in bilateral ethmoid and maxillary sinuses and Bilateral inferior and middle nasal turbinates show mild mucosal hypertrophy with mild mucosal thickening in bilateral middle meatus also. Comprehensive allergy profile: Ge91(Pigeon) = 0.68mgA/l House Dust Mite (D.farinae),(d2)= 0.32kUA/L Shrimp,(f24) =0.33kUA/L Phadia Top =0.31PAU/L Plsease help me to diagnose and help me with treatment.

I have allergies which also called as nazala due to which i mostly have nasal congestion and sneezing issue...Due to current situation i am bit worried...please help

Before 2 days, I felt water in my Ear. So feel heaviness in Ear. Then last night,Sudden pain occurs feels as something was biting. From evening Half face is paining and also below ear. Please suggest me How to relive from this.

I am taking treatment from 6 months firsty started with montek lc for 2 months. While taking tablets there was no cought once stopped medicine within 2days cough is repeating. Then again started taking razo 20 and apex syrup and montek lc tablet but once medicine is stopped after one month course it started again with 2-3 days. And this time we took razo 20 then ganaton tab and ebast-M and winolap tablet. It was good once stopped after one month again dry cough started. Even though night I am eating no spicy food. Daily 1-2 doing gargle. Then take hot water and also taking bath with hot water. Sometimes getting clear mucus and mostly not. Please what can be done to cure this dry cough.
