Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My jaw hurt everytime I open my mouth. Pain near left ear.. specifically on jaw skull joint. Initially it was happening both the sides but the pain remains on left side only.

She is having intermittent pain at  left side  neck starting from left ear end through left chest. ECG done but reports normal Kindly advise medicine to relief pain

Son is 6 month old having left ear pain from 2-3 days and weeping at very high pitch at regural intervals, after  pouring Oteck AC drop some blackish material is coming out. And also some reddish rashes occurring and disappearing all over body.

My 2.5 month baby has some white discharge in his ear.. I don't know what is it. He is crying loundly suddenly. Attaching photo here

Ulcers in throat in right side s since 2 year but severe condition always take place in summer season  but from  last 25 days lips turns in blue colour with dryness ... Digestion is not proper.. he feels taste like burnt food..

Hi, we had groceries delivered today. And the delivery man coughed once.. we aren't sure whether he was wearing a mask. After the man left, I went to collect the box.. I was wearing a glove and mask but I think my mask was a bit loose around the nose and I could breathe as normal.. is there a chance of me getting covid due to breathing the air in case that person was infected ?? The Hallway is open on both sides..I am very scared now and I have washed my hands multiple times thereafter... please help

Please find the attached report of back of neck says a small inflamatory lession since observed from last 10 months but no other symptoms in bodies like fever , weight loss , other swelling etc. The existing swelling is painless, not increased. My physician says to do further FANAC to get confirm, but due to COVID situations I am unable to perform FANAC . What is your opinion as per USG is anything wrong? . Regular physical exercise can be continued pls explain?

House Dust Mite (D.farinae), (d2) =0.32kUA/L Shrimp,(f24) =0.33kUA/L. Symptoms: Frequent sore throat with itiching. Continuous flow of sputum in throat Sputum is sticky jelly like sometimes black in colour. Weight is reduced from 74kg to 66kg(8kg reduced in 4months) though still not underweight. Medicines: Atarax 10mg Rabeprazole sodium(EC) & Domperidone(SR) Capsules.
