Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have sore throat from last 1 and a half month and red bumps on the back of my throat. I feel something stuck to my throat while i swallow. And there is some growth of  flesh tissue on both the side of my tonsils.

Before I didn't notice this,but day before yesterday I found a light swelling type in submandibular region it is painless ,but few days back I was having ear pain as well neck pain too ..now it has decreased.what should I do

Tonsil stone on one side stopped but started on other side .why? Also sore throat is there again I am gargling with betadine mouthwash

From two weeks Wife suffering from sinus and internal nose swelling. Taken medication as per doctor advise but no improvement in nasal swelling. No fever No cough No weakness Done house cleaning (dusting) 2 week before Please refer attached details

Can I cure my deviated septum without a surgery? Are there some exercises or massage? I cannot breath properly with my one nostril

My wife started suffering from sinus with nasal polyps two weeks back, after taking medication adviced by docter. Not seen improvement in nasal polyps. Size of Polyps not changing to normal Attached is medication advised by doctor.

I have been through various meds, node audiometry at aiims which came out to be absolutely perfect hearing but still my tinnitus is not going. Few points I want to highlight: 1. When I blow via nose, i feel if air is rushing out like hoosh(i checked for perforation by ent she said no perforation is der), the hoosh happens behind ear drum. 2. When I press mastoid bone(exact location in image the intensity of tinnitus descreases. 3. Sometime in weeks i get a spike fr few min during the onset i feel weird sensation inside body. This scares me a lot. I am scared if anything will happen to me. 4. I have clicking sound when i open my mouth a little more, and if i press the area near temple(image provided), the pitch of the tinnitus increases. I dbt tmj.. 5. When i put little finger in the affected ear i feel inside there somehow little sorrness and if checked with buds, theres itchingg and soresness. Shld i go with imaging? Please help me out. I suspect tmj, AN or neck issues! Plz help!

Pain in right ear while chewing or yawning or moving jaw. It started all of sudden last night. Is it due to some allergy or infection?

I suffer from sneezing mostly at the time of going to bed or in the morning when I awake. Sometimes after bath or after cleaning of bed sheet etc. Duration is 30 min to 120 mins I get my nose passages blocked added by continuous sneezing. I also feel itchy in scalp, face & eye. Earlier I took Otrivin nasal drop & cetrizin tablet. Now, I take Cetrizin + Montelukast during the sneezing. Now, it takes much time to get relief. I have tried a lot with Homeopathy also. Can any specialist guide me to get relief.

Water has been trapped in my ears because of that my left ear was blocked , after waiting for 2days I have consulted with Dr , he has suggested me allercet DC tablet and cortimax-6mg. I have been taking medicine from 3days now I have earache from yesterday's night, could you suggest me what should I do next.
