Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have right lower jaw pain  under the ear with swelling for 3 months.been to different doctors/specialists. Went to an ENT and had an Endo. No infection in sinus and ear. Extracted Upper wisdom tooth from OS as he said that's the reason. I had sore, scratching like pain inside the ear, under the ear, side of the neck, lower jaw, top right side of the head(above the ear). OS referred me to a tmj specialist. He took a pan xray and told me that I have tmjd and needed some 6 month splint treatment. The symptoms started one by one. Lower jaw and ear pain since day 1.Next month side of the neck pain started. Next month too side of the head hurts. Like continuous sore pain and hurts to touch under the ear, neck, head. Some spots on each hurts to touch. Since last week, I hear some soft sound, music and buzzing sound in my ear at night when lying down. It's there for sometime goes off and I hear it again after a while. I sometimes wake up from sleep&hear the sound. Is it because of tmjd?

My father had blood in cough two days ago once only. Now he is feeling pain in throat while swallow something.

My grandmother is 93 years old. From last few days she is feeling pain in her left ear. She also has hard wax in her ear. We are putting drops of ear wax and her little- little natural ear wax is coming out. We are giving her cefix 200 and cipzen- D . These medicines gives her relief for only 7-8 hours. She doesn't let us touch her ear. She also feels pain in her gums on the same(left) side. She doesn't has teeth in her mouth. Please tell us which medicines we should give her or what should we do?

My brother age 18 suffering from severe noseblock for 1 month more under siddha medication no improvement kindly help attached picture of his blocked nose kindly look through it.

I feel like sore throat on one side of mouth since 5 months and also ringing ears i think i might have tmj problem or can it be some thing and also my one nostril is always blocked without any phlegm

I got CTScan PNS Done for my sinusitis issue and found that there is a cyst in left maxillary sinus. Doctor suggested m the surgery but j want to know if there is any other option

It's been a week, I am feeling pain(sometimes slight, sometimes severe) in the left ear. There is no pain in the right ear. I am also having pain (may be sensitivity), in the right teeth.

I am feeling as if I am coming down with cold and cough.. although I am not having any running nose or cough yet... I do not go out of house but I do accept non contact deliveries at my doorstep... I spray sanitizer and disinfectant over delivered goods And touch them only after apply sanitizer.. I am always wearing a mask... are these cold and cough feeling initial symptom of covid ? I am living in constant fear that I may contract covid through delivered goods.. kindly help..
