Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had sudden cough after having dinner... also.. am feeling full with a sense of nausea/ need to burp...?? What can I do..??

Dear sir feel like pain left side of throat. As if pinning left side. No pain during swallowing. No fever. No headaches. Yesterday whole day spent in cleaning my house. Three months back I have nose allergy, used six weeks LMontus and nasal spray. Night now feel slightly infectious in throat or may be allergy. Any suggestions plz

My left nostril is blocked for 5 years. I can feel something When i put my finger in nose. But no blood discharge nor pain. Is this dangerous? Also suggest any medications for that. Im always thinking about that and having a feeling of im going to die with this and losing my present happiness. How to get rid of this feeling and this nostril problem. I went to ENT to check this. Im attaching the images like how exactly where it is and the medications which i used. Medications gave me some relief but it reverted back after I stopped using. TIA TIA

I had thyroid previously when all my reports are normal ,my doctor prescribed thyrorich 25mg..but now I got tested n i found change in tsh levels so i m taking thyrorich 25 mg - 2 tablets instead of one because at this situation i m unable to consult my doctor.pls help!
