Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Dear mam/sir, I'm worrying about this report Actually my throat looks swelling so took thyroid blood test and also neck ultrasound so report came as small cervical lymph node but no significant but I'm getting worry whether it will grow or not also why it is large and noted reason for enlarge I don't have any fever cough nothing, but I'm having GERD with GASTRITIS diagnosed with endoscopy so feeling always something like burps stuck in throat. Please see report and explain about cervical lump. I'm thinking whether I have cancer please help

Is there any test to confirm for having allergy...allergic rhinosinusitis...bcz ..I've headaches and...nose irritation.

Hi Doctors, I get this weird earthquake like feeling as if there is shaking of bed or to and fro motion of something at the back of my head when I lay down to sleep. I don't have nausea or headache but I do hear a slight beep in my left ear for a while now. It motion feeling tends to get worse when I sleep for longer duration, I have been taking vertin for 2-3 days now but I don't think it has made a difference. Do you think this is something serious? And what should be my course of action. Thanks in advance!

I was feverish on the 4th of August (99.1) took one p750(discontinued cuz I felt much better) and Azithromycin (discontinued in two nights cuz of acute gastric), fever is not there since with an average temperature not exceeding 97, on the 7th of August I lost the sense of smell and taste, but today(9th August) I could taste again(not fully..but like 70% of the overall food) but sense of smell is totally absent..I have isolated myself and am currently taking Levocet (once per day), vitamin C once per day, steam with Vapor plus 3 times a day .. apart from.this I have nasal congestion and nothing else. How long should the isolation be done?
