I feel something is stuck in between my right tonsil and tongue. Neck is swollen from right side. Also while swallowing I feel the fluid is going down through left side of throat. Pain on right side while swallowing. Burning sensation near right tonsil and tongue.

Based on your complaints looks like you have tonsillitis so please take online consultation and put a picture of your throat for better evaluation and diagnosis of a disease you also did not mention about any acidity related problems or reason for your post nasal discharge That is whether you have any nasal block or nose allergies
