Bilateral level lB and ll lymph nodes
Dear sir/madam, what reason can cause swelling in Bilateral level lB and ll lymph nodes. Also I went to ENT doctor he said nothing to worry there is no tenderness seen in my neck. He said no need to take fnac test also. But I'm worrying about whether it will be cancer or anything as I use to smoke. Does smoking causes lymp node to swell or smoking cause lymph node cancer?. I also have little congestion in oroparhyngeal region like very small size tonsils Thanks waiting for answers

Hi,  any infections of oral cavity can cause lymph nodes in level 1,2 to increase,  since size of nodes is small,  we consider it to be insignificant.  Pls stop smoking,  and observe of there is any change in voice,  any swallowing difficulty or any ulcers in the oral cavity. If none of these are present ,need not be worried.
