Cervical Lymph Nodes
Several lymph nodes on left side of neck. lymph nodes are rubbery in nature and one of them is also causing pain. There is pain in throat without any fever or any other discomfort. Tosilis are also swelling. On Ultrasound it has been found that there cervical lymph nodes on sub mandibular region.
On CBC lymphocyte level are 50.
Taking antibiotic and anti allergic since 4 days but no improvement.

From the details provided ,you could have a condition called infectious mononucleosis which is viral illness and won't respond to antibiotics.You can get a monospot test for the diagnosis.It's management is symptomatic and the nodes might take upto a month or 2 to go away.If monospot test comes out to be negative you can get an FNAC done from the node after the course of current antibiotic .
