Swollen lymph node in neck
I have a swollen lymph node in my neck. It feels tender and pains on touch. I have no infections whatsoever. I did have an ear infection which lasted two weeks. It has been 20 days since the ear infection. I have no unexplained bumps, infections not even my throat is sore. I do have chapped lips but maybe it's the result of harsh cold weather. I'd like to know the cause of such swelling in lymph node. Is it possible that I have cancer?

You seem to be suffering from cervical lymphadenitis secondary to infections in the facial region sometimes even from scalp infections. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers for few days for faster recovery. Painful nodes are highly unlikely to be malignancy
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
