Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

1st my wife had sinus and sinus associated sneezing , runny nose and mild fever (sensation fever between 95 to 99). Dolo didn't helped her. Then with a suggestion given her tab Sinarest 1-0-1. Entire symptoms subsided in 6 hours. BUT AFTER HER HYSTERECTOMY SHE HAS HIGH IGE LEVELS (+1000). SO she is experiencing skin rashes. Can I give her Sinarest syrup or any better alternative. PLEASE SUGGEST. And we entire family that is me, my son has sinus issues and waterborne throat infection since decades. Whenever sinusitis triggers or water change immediately we feel throat infection , mild fever , mucus / plghem. We are recovering rapidly with Sinarest but suffering from its side effect HEADACHE IS THERE ANY ALTERNATIVE TO SINAREST WITHOUT skin rash and headache. Please suggest. WE DONT WANT AYURVEDIC OR HOMEOPATHIC MEDICINES.

My 8 month old daughter rub her nose ears and eye alot. She does that frequently. Is it serious concern?

Have pain near the ear region and possibly ear wax in the inner ear canal, it's pains at indefinite intervals , have used a ear wax but the pain is not going down. Is it necessary to use the bulb syringe to clean the ear canal after use of ear drops?

Can Azithromycin cure ..ear infection lasting for more than 7days? I have taken Azithromycin for 7days since I thought it was due to normal cold but now it's not healing what to do?

I am having mucus in throat since a month, I consulted in practo twice already, the medicine that was prescribed made the condition good for few days, then after few days it became back as it was. In morning while I get up I don't feel any mucus, but as time goes on I feel mucus gathering up in throat.

Hello I was diagnosed with pharyngitis last year.. this year in march it turned into granular pharyngitis. Sometimes i feel some sensation in my cheeks too which goes away on its own. Now i see 3 granules and some swelling in my pharynx.. i gargle two times a day but awelling is not going away.. i am just concerned, does pharyngitis lasts this long or i should get any test done.. i got my ige tested in march itself and it was increased to 275. Dr. Said pharyngitus can be because of allergy.. but why is this swelling not going away... please help.. should i get any other test done..i just dont want anything else to be misdiagnosed as allergy... or please tell me that swelling because of allergy takes this much time to heal..

Hi, I went to a high altitude trek of 15000 feet in a snowy region 4 months back.. but after that, I feel a slight discomfort in breathing, sort of nasal congestion but without cold nor running nose.  Like one side is completely blocked and sometimes the other side.. It's doesn't feel like a serious problem, I feel normal.. but there's a slight discomfort at times... What could it be? Please help...

My 2.5 year old son has a small lump on the right side of his neck. It's under the skin, not outward. It is not visible normally, but can be seen only when his face is turned the other side and he is stretching his muscles. It is about the size of pea and he hasn't complained of Pain or itchy ness.
