Giddiness requires a detailed evaluation,  wth just a brief history we cant come to a conclusion. Some of the conditions where we see ringing sensation with giddiness are 1) menieres disease 2)vestibular schwannoma (tumour of 8th nerve) 3)vestibular neuronitis.
