Duonase nasal spray
Are duonase nasal spray immunosuppresive drugs? Will the use of this spray for 5months the dose being 2 sprays per nostrils twice daily cause the body's immune system to supress and prevent the body from producing specifoc hiv antibodies? The picture of the spray is attached herewith

Hi...duonase contains topical steroid fluticasone which has very low systemic absorption and there by less side effects!! But detailed history is needed...if it is really needed for prolonged usage in your case...
