Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have lower jaw pain,ear pain with swelling for more than 2 months. Had nasal congestion and facial pressure. So Dr said it might be because of sinus infection and gave me antibiotics. Amoxicillin. Sinus cleared up, but the jaw pain under the ear, inside ear sore pain and swelling didn't reduce. Went to ENT and had Endo. No infection in ear and sinus. Told me to take CT scan to see if any persistent infection and gave cefdinir antibiotics. I didn't take that antibiotics as I thought it could be some dental issue. Went to dentist and he said it could be upper wisdom tooth or a crack in my lower first molar or TMJ. Removed Upper WT 20 days back. Still the same symptoms. Went for follow up. He said to see a TMJ specialist. So upper wisdom tooth is not the the reason. I have to see if it's sinus or TMJ or tooth crack or Parotid gland issue.I went to my GP and she said my neck is also little swollen and tender and told me to take neck US. i don't know if neck ultrasound cover Parotid gland

Hello, i am suffering from post nasal drip since last 1-2 months,i had consulted a ENT surgeron and followed his treatment and completed his course for sinucitis.but i didnt got the full relief after his treatment especially in post nasal drip.he only had given me a Common cold medicine and Silent reflux medications.however i didnt got full relief after his treatment.So i tried otrivin oxy relief adult nasal spray for 3 days in a row i got relief from it.but after taking a break from it for 3 days my symptoms came back.i got relief after using 3 days constant in a row for 3 days. So my question is "Can i use otrivin for 3 days in a row? Then take a break for 3 days and can use it again for more 3 days?" Can i use like this pattern? Will it cause rebound congestion if i use like this?

I am facing numbness in my right ear and I am listening echo of my own voice in that ear..I am able to listen sounds but the ear is kind of dumb and heavy,I cannot see any wax and it looks clear..I am facing this issue from past 4 days and my right eye is also flickering often..are they two related.olease advise.

I had swollen lymph nodes in posterior neck.Size was 1*0.7cm.once i had mistakenly squeezed it. After that lymph nodes below it also got swollen and groin lymph node is also swollen. Although they are small but palpable. The biggest swollen lymph node is still there for 8 months without change in size. I had no any other symptoms till date. Fnac done two times both came with result that it is reactive hyperplasia. What should i do?

I have not been able to hear from both the ears for the past one month. Initially only one ear had trouble and then after 10 days both got unfit. Doctors are saying it's because of bacterial infection. I am not applying any eardrop...kindly suggest... I use earphones for ATLEAST 6 hours daily and often share them with others

Hi Sir/Madam, Pharma Regulatory affairs dept in hitech city, travelling to office before lockdown. I have sneezing problem since more than 10 years. Not daily, monthly 2 or 3 times but heavily. For this, I am taking Cetrizine tab. Sneezing problem 1. due to dust, 2. early morning mouths bad smell, 3. after eating gas expels from the mouth so it goes to my nose (due to this also, I get sneezing). 4. Now a days due to fear, I am sneezing. Due to above reasons, i will sneeze throughout the day with runny nose. Please suggest me.

I am having nasal polyps and DNS and nasal allergy since last 8 years and having sneezing regulary almost every day I am using herbalife nutritional shake and herbal control for increasing weight Will these products increase my allergy or nasal polyps

As i had pain in years i used neosporin H drops but its been 2 days.. ther is no pain as such but right ear is heavy nd when i used buds.. a yellowish liquid kinda stuff came.. is it the drops itself or any infection Right side ear is heavy as well .. is it the drops which I've been using sincd 3 days? I also had azithral250 if in case thers infection Not visiting ENT coz of covid.. can someone suggest something.

I am suffering from a throat ulcer near right tonsil . Whitish spot and surrounding red . Pain while swallowing . And body aches and fatigue . Do I need specific treatment or it will heal on its own?

I am having a constant feeling of mucus draining from one nose into my throat,I know I am not doctor but I can feel it ,when I eat something it comes in my throat and I feel to clear it ! I am also diagnosed with Esophagitis by endoscopy! I can't go any more for tests in this situation please help me with my problem! Just I have ESOPHAGITIS GRADE A for which I am on meds but along with mucus draining from nose
